Pitkäaikaisen masennuksen hoitomalli CBASP

Masennuksen Käypä hoito suosituksessa Kognitiivinen psykoterapia CBASP (Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy) on pitkäaikaiseen ja komplisoituneeseen masennukseen suositeltava terapiamuoto (näytön aste B). Tästä pitkäaikaisen masennuksen hoitoon keskittyvästä hoitomallista on kehitetty myös ryhmähoitomalli, joka on erityisesti julkisiin mielenterveyspalveluihin soveltuva. Hoitomallin kehittäjiä ovat Ph.D. James P. McCullough Jr, Ph.D. J. Kim Penberthy ja Ph.D. Liliane Sayegh.

Irma Karila, Anna-Maija Kokko ja Sanna Ahokas ovat Suomen oloihin mukauttaneet ja kirjoittaneet ryhmähoitomallin potilaan työkirjan ja ryhmän ohjaajan oppaan hoitomallin toteuttamisen tueksi. Työkirjaa ja opasta voi käyttää myös yksilöhoidossa toteutettavan CBASP-hoidon tukena.

Huom. Koulutuksen osallistuvat psykoterapeutit voivat halutessaan jatkaa CBASP-psykoterapeuttsertifiointiin. Lisäksi aiemmin Luote Oy:n järjestämiin koulutuksiin osallistuneilla psykoterapeuteilla on mahdollisuus hakea sertifiointia varten hyväksilukuja. CBASP Group Format Training 2+4 days model

Training is for CBASP group format, but we go over all the CBASP methods and process, so also mental health professionals who do individual therapies can attend.

Training is usually scheduled so that participants can form a group and carry out one whole CBASP group process DURING the training.

Introductory workshop (2 days)

Chronic depression and CBASP -theoretical foundations and evidence base for CBASP.

To whom CBASP and CBASPgroup format -Interviews and evaluations before the group.

Intoroduction to basic methods of CBASP   (demonstrations – video – exercises)

Planning how to get started (participants make concrete plan what they do before 1.Advanced Method Day (how to start gathering patients for group – how to practice using CBASP in their own work).

1. Advanced Method Day  – SOH and starting the group – psychoeducation and behavioral activation à  participants do interviews for group in May –June and start the group in August.

2.  Advanced Method Day  – SA’s and basics of IDE -> participants have started the groups and are approaching the sessions where they start doing SA’s.

3. Advanced Method Day  – IDE –CRP – Interpersonal Circumplex -> the CBASPgroups are about half way and participants are starting to use IDE and CRP (or at least) Interpersonal Circumplex

4. Advanced Method Day  – Closing the group and evaluation ( exercises of the methods that participants feel they need to practise) à participants are in the process of ending the groups
